Crushers typically take large chunks of raw material and reduce it down to a size that will work with processing equipment further down the line.
Electro-Sensors' Speed Switches are used on Crushers to monitor critical speed, and guard against slowdown or stoppage that can result in costly process downtime, machine damage, and material waste. Ratemeters and Tachometers are commonly used in this type of application to display the RPM of the crusher. Vibration Monitors can also be used to guard against unwanted vibration levels.
