2021 Shareholder Meeting

The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Electro-Sensors, Inc. will be held on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.  The Annual Meeting will be a virtual meeting of shareholders, which will be conducted via a live webcast.  It is important to note that shareholders have the same rights and opportunities to participate in this virtual meeting as if they were attending an in-person meeting.  Shareholders will be able to participate in the Annual Meeting, vote and submit your questions via the live webcast by visiting www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/ELSE2021 on the date of the meeting.  

Please retain a copy of the 16 Digit Control Number that is printed on your proxy card as you will need it to enter the virtual Annual Meeting as a verified shareholder.
